Contact the helpline
Free and confidential. Monday to Friday, 9am–11pm, with a weekend callback service.
You can talk about how someone else’s drinking or drug use is affecting you. The team offers listening support and information and can help you find support locally or through its national services.
If your call is unanswered, Scottish Families asks you to leave a voicemail so an adviser can call back. When using its online enquiry form, you can say whether it is safe to leave you a message and when to contact you.
