You can talk about your own alcohol use or ask for advice about someone else’s. You can use webchat without giving your name. Confidentiality has exceptions where there are serious concerns about someone’s safety.

Alcohol treatment and recovery support
WithYou offers one-to-one support based on an assessment of your alcohol use and wider needs. Support can also address problems involving housing, money, relationships or work, with help provided by its own team or partner services.
